Q Interactive - Matthew WiseMatthew Wise
President and Chief Executive Officer

Matt Wise was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Q Interactive in July 2006. Wise joined the company in October of 2004 as Senior Vice President of Marketing and subsequently became Chief Marketing and Sales Officer, through which he led the organization's sales, client services, business development and corporate and consumer marketing teams.

A pioneer and expert in the field of online marketing, Wise has used his entrepreneurial talents in both start-ups and established businesses. He most recently served as Senior Vice President of Account Services for Draft, the largest direct marketing and promotions agency in the United States.

Wise has also held senior management positions with LuckySurf, an entertainment and direct marketing company, Delphion, a spinout of IBM focused on global patent software, and Classified Ventures, an e-commerce company that runs Apartments.com, Cars.com, Homescape and co-branded solutions for 140 newspapers.

Wise received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Iowa in Iowa City, and his Master of Business Administration degree in International Marketing and Finance from DePaul University in Chicago. He sits on the boards of the Interactive Advertising Bureau and the Behavioral Targeting Standards Consortium.

Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Privacy Officer

Brad Aaron is Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Chief Privacy Officer at Q Interactive. Aaron joined Q Interactive as Vice President of Legal in November 2002 and was named General Counsel in January 2005.

Prior to Q Interactive, Aaron was Corporate Counsel with FreeDrive, a venture capital financed, Internet-based storage and storage applications company, and an Associate at Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal, a Chicago law firm. Aaron holds a J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law and a B.A. from Tufts University.

Q Interactive - Tricia CaguaTricia Cagua
Vice President, Online Marketing

Tricia Cagua is responsible for the management of Q Interactive's online marketing initiatives and revenue generation for its proprietary branded Web properties, including CoolSavings.com, one of the Internet's most visited consumer savings destinations. In addition, Cagua has leveraged more than 10 years of interactive media experience with a strong knowledge of the behavioral targeting marketplace to lead the successful launch and management of the company's display advertising network product line. Prior to joining Q Interactive, Cagua was senior media director at Leapfrog Online, responsible for the media strategy of clients in the telecommunications and financial services industries. She additionally held positions at HotJobs.com and JWT Communications. Cagua has a BA in advertising from Michigan State University.

Chief Information Officer

As Chief Information Officer, Pete Dale leads Q Interactive's Project Management, Software Quality Assurance and Network Services teams. With more than 18 years of experience in a wide variety of IT and business positions, Dale brings to his role a broad and deep knowledge of information technology services to help Q Interactive best utilize its proprietary, cutting-edge technology to achieve its strategic corporate objectives. In his most recent position, Dale served as vice president of information technology at commodities brokerage firm R.J. O'Brien. He has also held positions at McDonald's, Hubbard One, Information Resources, Inc., and Leo Burnett, among other distinguished companies.

Q Interactive - Gayle GuzzardoGayle Guzzardo
Senior Vice President, Product Management

As Senior Vice President, Product Management, Gayle Guzzardo is responsible for the strategic vision and product development of Q Interactive's online lead generation, e-mail, display and analytics teams, and its media division, which includes the company's branded Web properties, including CoolSavings.com.

Guzzardo joined Q Interactive in 2000 as a product manager, and was promoted to Director, Product Management in 2003 and Vice President, Product Management in 2005. During this time Guzzardo led the successful development of the company's online lead generation network. She currently serves as chairwoman of the Lead Generation Committee of the Interactive Advertising Bureau.

Prior to Q Interactive, Guzzardo worked as a financial analyst at Nuveen Investments. She holds an MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business and an undergraduate degree from Northwestern University.

Q Interactive - Arend HendersonArend Henderson
Chief Analytics Officer

Arend Henderson is Chief Analytics Officer of Q Interactive. Henderson is responsible for leading the company's advertising targeting strategy, developing behavioral insights to enhance its core advertising products, and designing and deploying improvements to its optimization and measurement solutions.

An eight-year veteran within the company, Henderson was most recently the vice president of analytics, responsible for overseeing Q Interactive's suite of high-performance inventory management and analytical services, including its targeting, contact management and optimization systems and infrastructure for e-mail.

Henderson is an active member of the Interactive Advertising Bureau's e-mail committee and a regular speaker at industry events. Prior to joining Q Interactive, Henderson was an analyst with Spectra Marketing, a VNU-USA Marketing Information Systems company, where he developed geo-demographic marketing applications for large manufacturers and retailers.

Q Interactive - Keith KleinmaierKeith Kleinmaier
Vice President, Client Services

As Vice President, Client Services, Keith Kleinmaier provides strategic leadership for Q Interactive's advertiser and network publisher account management teams. Under Kleinmaier's direction, Q Interactive employs an in-depth, consultative approach to account management, working hand-in-hand with advertisers and publishers to optimize campaigns and achieve each company's specific, strategic marketing objectives.

Prior to joining Q Interactive in 2000, Kleinmaier worked in the educational fundraising sector, as Associate Director, Annual Giving at University California, San Diego and Director, Indiana University Foundation. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Marketing and Management from Indiana University.

Q Interactive - Melissa LedererMelissa Lederer
Senior Vice President, Marketing

Melissa Lederer leads the company's marketing, corporate communications and creative services teams. An eight-year veteran with Q Interactive, Lederer joined the company as Director, Public Relations. After one year, she was promoted to Vice President, Corporate Communications, followed by a promotion to Vice President, Marketing and Communications in late 2001. Lederer most recently oversaw the successful rebranding of Q Interactive from CoolSavings, Inc. in order to reflect the evolution of the company's business to meet the growing needs of advertisers and publishers.

Prior to joining Q Interactive, Lederer worked at S&S Public Relations where she helped to establish its technology practice and managed leading software, hardware and Internet companies. Lederer holds a bachelor's degree in journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Q Interactive - Patrick O'MalleyPatrick O'Malley
Senior Vice President, Finance and Operations

Patrick O'Malley leads the organization's financial reporting, billing, credit and collections, and facilities management teams. O'Malley joined Q Interactive as Vice President and Controller in April 2002 from Eziaz, Inc, a start-up provider of broadband Internet access, Web hosting and other Internet-related services. In addition, Mr. O'Malley has held financial positions with Ameritech, SBC Communications, SBC DataComm and Arthur Andersen.

O'Malley received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration, Accounting from Saint Mary's University in Winona, Minnesota and his Master of Accountancy from DePaul University in Chicago. He is a Certified Public Accountant.

Q Interactive - Carrie StecCarrie Stec
Vice President, Sales

As Vice President, Sales, Carrie Stec is responsible for leading Q Interactive's sales team and strategic sales initiatives in support of the company's online lead generation, e-mail and display advertising services.

A ten-year advertising sales veteran, Stec joined Q Interactive in 2004 in the business development group, where she signed on some of the company's first network partner sites in its advertising network, The Q Network. Most recently, Stec served as Q Interactive's East Coast Regional Vice President of Sales, where she was responsible for establishing new relationships with a variety of key strategic brands and agencies.

Prior to joining Q Interactive, Stec worked as Vice President, Group Sales Manager at News Corporation, a division of News America Marketing, Inc. She holds a bachelor's degree from Ernie Pyle School of Journalism at Indiana University and is currently the Board of Directors President for Art Therapy Connection, a Chicago-based not-for-profit.
